• January 10, 2023 proposed temporary rules. The rules primarily deal with mobile barber shops. Some rules also deal with administrative changes due to the merged between the Board of Barber Examiners and the Board of Electrolysis Examiners.
• February 1, 2023 proposed permanent rules. The rules deal with barber exams.
• February 28, 2023 proposed temporary rules. The rules primarily deal with electrology apprenticeship programs and other electrology-related matters.
• April 3, 2023 proposed permanent rules. The rules deal with school reports and requests for temporary permits.
